On the horizon

Next up, still in testingDevelopment plans, not current public features

The first limited test is targeted for early November 2026. Timing, platforms and scope depend on the actual release.

Cross-platform co-op · Beta

Different devices. One shared world.

The plan is to connect iOS, Android and Mac for parties of up to four, including portals, loot and saves. Project-run servers and encrypted connections are planned, with no official online services; initial testing will be invitation-only.

AI frame generation · Experimental · iOS

A smoother option for high-refresh screens

Exploring machine-learning frame interpolation with Apple MetalFX, targeting 60 fps rendering and 120 fps output. Results, latency, power use and eligible devices still require testing.

Test builds may be unstable. Back up your saves first. Features may change or be delayed before release.

Known issues and limits

iOS 1.0.0 RC1.2 · Controller and portals

The right trigger can open a free portal on an empty skill slot. The next release will make this an option.

iOS · Character selection and ray tracing

The character flashes once when switching modes on the selection screen. Underground ray-traced scenes may show double shadows; this experimental feature is off by default.

iOS · Free signing and 120 fps

Long 120 fps sessions with free signing may trigger memory warnings.

Android 1.0.2 · Audio and graphics

The real audio-stream recovery failure was not reproduced on our test device; the fix was verified with fault injection. Bluetooth headset switching is not device-verified. Rectangular blocks at the top of the screen (B078) and the paladin face seam (B076) remain under investigation.
